Only a parent can truly appreciate the best and vital mix of ingredients that combine to create the very best childcare.  The setting, the staff, the security and the activities provided.  All these key features help in reaching a child's full potential.  We want to encourage good social and emotional skills to every child to help them grow and learn.  Play is the best way to learn and here at Chatterbox we encourage lots of it.  At Chatterbox we want to encourage children to feel safe, secure, happy healthy and stimulated in their nursery environment.  We offer a child cantered approach where children are encouraged to develop their creativity, individuality and self-confidence in secure surroundings.  Every child is recognised and treated as an individual.  We want to provide every child with the highest level of care that meets all standards.

Parents can expect our nursery to cater for every aspect of every child's development.  Each room provides activities for the appropriate age of the children.  Nutritious meals are crucial to a child's physical and mental development.  Healthy menus are designed to appeal to the children, whilst also providing variety and nutritional balance.  We understand that some children have special diets, these can also be catered for.  The nursery provides all food including baby jars if required.

All our staff are experienced and friendly and help to provide the high level of care that every parent expects.  All staff are police checked and nobody is allowed to enter the building unless we know who they are.  When a child is collected their key worker will tell  the parent/child about the child's day and about their activities and achievements.  We also provide development records which are set up to work with the birth to three frame work.

It is vital that parents feel confident that they can leave their child in our care.  Every child's safety and well being is our main concern.
